What is CBD?

The abbreviation CBD stands for cannabidiol, a natural phytocannabinoid of the hemp plant. This has long been used traditionally – whether for the production of clothing, as food or as medicine. So far, more than 500 natural components have been identified in the hemp plant. Of these, around 100 are cannabinoids, each with different properties.
