CBD Products Return and Exchange Policy

1. General Provisions

This policy governs the terms of returns and exchanges for goods purchased from our online store, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, Croatia, Bulgaria, Greece, Switzerland, and the European Union.

2. Return of goods of proper quality

2.1. In Ukraine

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” goods of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they have not been used, their commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, and factory labels are preserved, and a receipt or proof of purchase is available.

However, according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, goods of proper quality that cannot be returned include, among others:

• Underwear;
• Hosiery products;
• Products for newborns;
• Perfume and cosmetic products;
• Sanitary and hygiene items.

Therefore, CBD products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are of proper quality.

2.2. In Croatia

In Croatia, CBD products are considered dietary supplements and are regulated by the Ministry of Health. Returns are possible within 14 days if the product has not been opened and its commercial appearance is preserved.

2.3. In Bulgaria

In Bulgaria, CBD products are allowed for sale if the THC content does not exceed 0.2%. Returns are possible within 14 days provided the product has not been used and its commercial appearance is preserved.

2.4. In Greece

In Greece, CBD products are permitted for sale if the THC content does not exceed 0.2%. Returns are possible within 14 days if the product has not been opened and its commercial appearance is preserved.

2.5. In Switzerland

In Switzerland, CBD products are permitted for sale if the THC content does not exceed 1%. However, according to information on the official portal ch.ch, the law does not guarantee a mandatory right to return goods of proper quality. Returns are possible only if the seller voluntarily offers this option.

2.6. In the European Union

According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

However, according to Article 16 of this directive, exceptions include:

• Goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalized;
• Goods that are not eligible for return due to hygiene or health reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.

Therefore, underwear and other CBD products cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been unsealed after delivery.

3. Return of goods of unsatisfactory quality

If the product is defective or does not match the description, the consumer has the right to:

• Free repair or replacement of the product;
• Price reduction;
• Contract termination and refund.

These rights are guaranteed by:

• In Ukraine — the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”;
• In the EU — Directive 1999/44/EC.
